Description
An overview of ultrasonic additive manufacturing (UAM) and its potential applications in accelerators with updates on developmental efforts at the University of Chicago Engineering and Technical Support Group (ETSG). ETSG involvement with the technology has unfortunately been limited thus far by funding, so conversations with attendees about potential uses or collaboration opportunities would be welcomed.
